We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetology, and client service, with leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team of estheticians. The Lead Esthetician will be responsible for providing advanced skincare treatments, managing daily operations, and promoting our services through effective communication and social media management. Candidates should have experience with a variety of esthetic procedures. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, etc. Lead and mentor the esthetic team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism. Assist with creating new treatment protocols. Manage appointment scheduling. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards. Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations; conduct product demos and upselling to enhance retail sales. Develop and implement marketing strategies via social media management to attract new clients and promote services. Oversee guest services to ensure an exceptional experience from check-in to checkout. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatments effectively. Stay current with industry trends. Train estheticians in Spa treatment protocols. Coordinate with management on staff scheduling, inventory management, and promotional events.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid license/certification for state of Kentucky 1 year of experience in spa setting Guest service oriented with ability to deliver the ultimate spa experience Experienced with body treatments including salt/sugar scrubs and/or body wraps Ability to follow protocols for spa treatments Minimum 3 years practicing as Esthetician Skills Proven management skills with experience leading a team of estheticians or cosmetologists. Extensive knowledge of salon software systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Expertise in various esthetic procedures Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or med spa setting. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction. Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment. Excellent communication skills coupled with hospitality experience to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
