Stay informed about the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends to continually enhance service offerings. Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a licensed salon or spa environment. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and botulinum toxin procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products effectively. Experience using salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety regulations within the beauty industry. Background in cosmetology or barbering is advantageous; additional certifications in advanced skin treatments are preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele.
