About the Role Are you passionate about medical aesthetics and looking to build a long-term career with a fast-growing practice? We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Cosmetic Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team! Prior experience with aesthetic treatments and lasers is a plus , but not required. We will provide training on our equipment. Because our cosmetic department is rapidly growing, this role offers exceptional potential for professional advancement, skill development, and career growth. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality aesthetic procedures, including:

• Microneedling
• Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy
• Chemical Peels
• Experience with other cosmetic service offerings is a plus Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans to meet client goals. Educate patients on pre
• and post-treatment care as well as recommended skincare products.

Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming treatment room compliant with safety and hygiene standards. Keep accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Assist in promoting cosmetic services and building a loyal client base. Qualifications & Requirements Contract or part-time or full-time available. If full-time, will also be acting as a medical/surgical assistant. Must be available to work on Friday mornings. Nursing degree preferred (RN, LVN, LPN) but not required. Strong interest in dermatology, laser technology, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Prior experience with microneedling, peels, lasers or IPL is encouraged, but hands-on training will be provided. A positive, growth-oriented mindset and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. Pay is dependent on experience and varies based on structure of employment. Why Join Us?
