The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This role requires expertise in both traditional and advanced aesthetic techniques, along with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, hair laser removal Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as

for scheduling appointments and managing client records Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences and results. Provide product demos to educate clients on skincare regimens and treatments. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing bookings. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in various aesthetic techniques such as , esthetic laser treatment. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry. Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Familiarity with color theory and retail sales strategies to enhance client experiences. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client relationship. Experience in med spa settings is preferred but not required.
