This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients look and feel their best while delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, upscale medical spa environment. Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively. Conduct aesthetic treatments according to established protocols and standards. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation. Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and professional. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships. Assist with consultations and treatment recommendations. Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Aesthetician License required. Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred. Experience with laser hair removal is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
