Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team.
This is a part time position with the opportunity of full time. In this role, you will deliver exceptional esthetic services following Hidden Gem Spa protocals. Your expertise in skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, body treatments and personalized consultations will help create a memorable experience for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant, client-focused environment while utilizing your extensive knowledge of esthetic techniques and products. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxings, body treatments, lash extensions, lash lift /tints and more . Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and cosmetic solutions tailored to individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Promote retail sales,rebooking clients, upsell services. Front desk- answer calls in down time Team player Experience( 2 years+) Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with at least 3 years of experience. Someone who is looking for long term commitment. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Willing to learn and grow with the compnay following Hidden Gem Spa protocals.
