We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, motivated, and excited to build a career in aesthetics. Previous laser experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone with a strong foundation in client care, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. At LiVi, we focus on personalized treatment plans, advanced laser technology, education, and creating an exceptional experience for every client. Because connecting and educating through social media is an important part of how we introduce our providers and treatments, we are also looking for someone who is comfortable being on camera and excited to participate in creating engaging, educational content. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic laser and skin treatments within training and scope of practice Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments Develop personalized treatment recommendations based on each client's individual goals Educate clients on treatments, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-treatment care Maintain accurate treatment documentation and consistent before-and-after photography Recommend appropriate skincare products and complementary services based on client needs Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, sanitation, and safety standards Participate in ongoing education and advanced laser training Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and help grow a loyal clientele Participate in LiVi's social media and marketing efforts by appearing in videos, sharing treatment education, showcasing results, and contributing creative content ideas Be comfortable developing your presence as a LiVi provider and helping clients get to know you through educational and engaging content Work collaboratively with the LiVi team to provide a consistent, elevated client experience Who We're Looking For Medical Assistant OR Massachusetts Licensed Esthetician A genuine passion for aesthetic lasers, skincare, and advanced aesthetic treatments Previous laser or aesthetics experience is a plus, but not required Warm, personable, professional, and confident communicating with clients Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and excellent client care Reliable, accountable, motivated, and receptive to coaching and feedback Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatment plans, services, and home care Social media savvy and comfortable appearing on camera Excited to participate in creating educational, engaging content about treatments, results, and their work as a provider Creative and willing to contribute ideas for social media and marketing Interested in developing their own presence and reputation as an aesthetic provider within LiVi Motivated to continually learn and develop professionally Someone who wants to grow with LiVi and build a long-term career in aesthetic laser treatments Evening and weekend availability required Why LiVi?
