Duties Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to enhance clients' skin health and appearance Conduct aesthetic laser treatments such as laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation with precision and safety Provide waxing services including body waxing and hair removal techniques like threading and tinting services Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations during all treatments to ensure client safety Utilize salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and build lasting relationships Stay current on industry trends and new aesthetic treatments to continually expand your expertise Qualifications Valid esthetician license or cosmetology certification as required by state law Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures Skilled in performing facials, waxing (including body waxing), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other aesthetic services Familiarity with laser hair removal technology and laser skin rejuvenation procedures Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Experience in retail sales of skincare products is highly desirable Strong attention to detail combined with a lively enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their beauty goals Join us in creating a positive impact through beauty!
