WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Assist guests in reaching the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience. Support post-service guest needs, including recommending products for home use based on provider guidance. Gain knowledge of product selection to enhance guest satisfaction and follow professional recommendations. Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for transactions and inventory management. Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable support to create a positive guest experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Availability Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM. Hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be actively enrolled in a program leading to one of those licenses. Experience working in retail or a full-service salon is preferred. A passion for beauty and personal care is highly valued. 1-2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired. Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
