Duties Conduct product demonstrations and recommend skincare products tailored to clients. Deliver spa services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, creating a luxurious experience for every guest. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide aftercare instructions confidently. Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and product knowledge to deliver cutting-edge services. Hydrafacial, Lymphatic Driange, other skin care Laser Hair Removal, Ultrasonic, RF radio frequency, Skin Tighting, Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning. Experience Proven experience in skincare, esthetician duties, or related fields with a strong understanding of spa services and aesthetic treatments. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state or local regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to client interaction and consultation. Strong sales skills with the ability to promote retail products through engaging demos and personalized recommendations. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic treatment environment.. Must have 1 year exprencie is a must.
