Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet client needs Provide professional skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products Educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits Deliver spa services such as facials, waxing, lash lifts and tints and other aesthetic treatments with attention to sanitation standards Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations Engage with clients through effective communication, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law Proven experience in skincare, facials, waxing services, and spa treatments Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform body waxing and facial treatments efficiently while maintaining high sanitation standards Enthusiasm for skincare products and retail sales; capable of demonstrating products effectively Excellent communication skills to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and promote retail offerings Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings or weekends as needed Join us to elevate the client experience through expert aesthetic care while building rewarding relationships!
