Job Description
The Threading Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician / Brow Artist to join our team. Responsibilities Provide professional eyebrow shaping (wax, thread, etc) Perform brow tinting and henna tinting Perform facial and body waxing services Provide brow lamination and lash lift services Perform skincare and facial services Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services Educate clients on aftercare and appropriate products Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming client experience Assist with rebooking, client retention, and service recommendations Qualifications Current Massachusetts Esthetics License Experience in brow shaping and waxing Threading experience strongly preferred Tinting, Lash lifts, Brow Lamination experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay Excellent tip potential Established clientele Busy salon environment Part-time and full-time opportunities Opportunity to grow your skills and clientele with an established beauty brand
