Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of estheticians, ensuring top-quality service delivery and adherence to safety protocols Perform advanced skincare treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage to meet diverse client needs Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience and promote brand loyalty Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety and comfort Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing excellent customer service from greeting clients to follow-up consultations Support the development of team skills through training sessions on new techniques, products, and industry trends Skills Proven expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage techniques Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and product recommendations Experience with retail sales strategies to promote skincare products confidently Commitment to sanitation practices that meet health regulations and ensure client safety Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets leadership excellence.
