Job Summary:

As a crew member at a Cold Stone Creamery at Westford, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for receiving and preparing ice cream orders, working the cash register, and maintaining an overall clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle POS transactions and maintain accuracy
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and security.
• Oversee daily operations, including cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide top-notch customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
• Uphold Cold Stone's standards for product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the (assistant)Store Manager and support their initiatives as needed.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a drive for success.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
