We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is Laser Certified to join our team in a unique role that combines hands-on aesthetic treatments with front desk and patient coordination responsibilities. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals while also creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience from check-in to check-out. ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Services Perform laser treatments safely and effectively (laser certification required). Provide facials and customized skincare treatments. Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and home-care products. Recommend skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages based on client needs. Maintain treatment rooms and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Front Desk & Patient Coordination Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding services and appointments. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the practice management system. Process client check-ins, check-outs, and payments. Maintain accurate client records. Help coordinate daily provider schedules. Keep the reception area and retail displays clean and organized. Qualifications Required Active Massachusetts Esthetician License Laser Certification Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using scheduling and computer software Preferred Experience as a Laser Technician in a medical spa or aesthetic practice Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or aesthetic clinic Front desk or patient coordinator experience Sales experience with skincare products and aesthetic services Existing client base is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Scrubs provided Monday-Friday schedule Professional growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about aesthetics and skincare Laser Certified Friendly, polished, and professional Sales-oriented with strong client relationship skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable balancing clinical and front desk responsibilities Motivated to grow with a thriving medical spa Apply Today We're hiring immediately!
