Job Description

ProMD Health is seeking an energetic and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team! Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic services including: Facials Hydrafacial Dermaplaning Microneedling Chemical peels Waxing Brow and lash tinting Customize treatment plans based on individual skin types, aesthetic goals, and clinical recommendations. Conduct skin consultations, treatment planning, and provide comprehensive post-care education for optimal outcomes. Stay current with new technologies, protocols, industry trends, and product advancements in medical aesthetics. Participate in staff trainings and continuing education opportunities offered by ProMD Health. During available downtime, assist with clinic operations including: Supporting procedures Answering phones Supporting patient flow Engage confidently in marketing and social outreach including: Social media content creation Promoting services/events Participating in in-office events Educating on services/products Supporting brand awareness efforts Perform additional duties as needed to support an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Active Maryland state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician. Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical aesthetics industry (required). Strong working knowledge of clinical skin care services and treatment modalities. Excellent communication, customer service, and consultative skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in workflow. Comfortable with technology and electronic charting. Confident using social media platforms for brand presence and marketing. Knowledge of the following medical-grade product lines is a plus : ZO Skin Health, Alastin, Obagi, Image Skincare, SkinMedica. Compensation (3 components) Hourly pay ranging from $16 - $20 10% commission on product sales 15% commission on service revenue Why Join ProMD Health?
