In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in injection administration, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, Laser Hair removal, RF and Regular microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures will play a vital part in creating exceptional client experiences. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser treatments with precision and care. Consult with clients to understand their goals, provide personalized treatment plans, and educate them on procedures and aftercare. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures. Manage client records accurately using salon or med spa software . Promote aesthetic services and skincare products through engaging client communication, product demos, and upselling techniques. Collaborate with the front desk team to schedule appointments, handle client inquiries, and ensure seamless guest services. Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic. Experience Proven experience working as an aesthetic injector or in a similar role within the beauty or medical spa industry. Certification in injection administration of botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers from accredited programs. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, and other advanced skin care procedures. Background in nursing, cosmetology, dermatology or related fields is highly preferred. Familiarity with salon or med spa management software. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and aftercare instructions. Experience in retail sales, upselling skincare products or treatment packages is a plus. Excellent sanitation practices combined with attention to detail for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
