As an Aesthetician at Rejuvenate Wellness Medspa you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued patients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of skin care treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning while contributing to the overall success of our Practice. Your ability to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care needs will be integral to the practice success.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and waxing services Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized recommendations for skincare regimens Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and work areas Educate clients on skincare products and home care routines Promote and sell retail skincare products to clients Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional guest services and satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Relevant certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations Strong knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients, Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about skincare routines and products.
