Job Description

Diva Day Spa is looking for compassionate, competent, and customer centered Licensed Estheticians looking to establish a long-term home in our Diva Day Spa. You will play an important role in ensuring our spa runs smoothly, and that our clients experience the ultimate in affordable, luxurious, high quality skin therapy treatments. Looking for both full-time and part-time estheticians.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Esthetics License/Certification. Adherence to local and state licensing/certification laws, regulations, and requirements Experienced and Recently Graduated Estheticians Welcome. Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties:

Perform customized skin care treatment sessions including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and additional services as offered. Complete required and ongoing training requirements within a set time frame. Meet service and product sales quotas. Educate clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and the use of appropriate products. Recommend tailored skin care services and products to best meet the needs of each client. Continue to expand skin care skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Be service oriented and enjoy working with different types of clienteles. Be friendly and goal oriented. Have a passion for skin care. Be outgoing and enjoy educating and sharing skin care knowledge with clients. Be able to make customized, tailored product recommendations with confidence. Have strong product and ingredient knowledge. Have a positive attitude. Be a team player; be willing to help and assist other team members when needed. Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance. Enjoy continuous learning and receiving constructive feedback and coaching. Be punctual and dependable. Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow and excel. Maintain a professional manner, show discretion, and respect client confidentiality. Ability to work nights and/or weekends and have flexibility with schedules preferred.

Job Types:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
