Job Description
Overview Skinlogic is a boutique-medical spa located in the heart of Severna Park that offers a variety of aesthetic treatments and services. We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed medical aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences. This position requires expertise in high-end medical facial treatments, advanced aesthetic procedures, and medical-grade skincare products. The candidate must be highly self-motivated to obtain and retain clients, prioritize client satisfaction and follow-up, have incredible attention to detail and ability to multi-task, and a passion to deliver high-level, exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments. Conduct in-depth skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide education on skincare products and post-treatment care to enhance client results. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room following sanitation and safety protocols. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, medical spa treatments, and industry advancements. Work collaboratively with the medical supervisor and team to deliver integrated skincare solutions and develop post-treatment skin care regimens to help maximize results. Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Assist front office staff on developing and creating media content to promote on all social platforms. Skills Valid Aesthetician License in Maryland. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end spa, medical spa, or dermatology setting. Extensive knowledge of skin biology, medical-grade skincare products, and advanced aesthetic treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. Ability to work effectively and respectively as a team member with staff.
