Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by consulting with clients on their skincare goals, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Stay current on industry trends and techniques in esthetic laser treatments, makeup application, hair threading, and other aesthetic services to deliver innovative solutions. Promote retail products(as they come in) and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. CE classes are required at the expense of the licensed Esthetician. Skills Proven experience in performing lip blush, permanent makeup, microblading, and other cosmetics procedure. Strong knowledge of and regulations along with infection control practices Expertise in sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Solid understanding of cosmetology principles including color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin and facial structures. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Familiarity with esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Knowledge of hair threading techniques and skin care product lines to support comprehensive client care.
