This is a performance based opportunity for providers who want to grow their books, increase their income, and be part of a high standard team. Cross selling other services is a big part of treatment plans. You will be educated on services that you may not perform, but are able to sell to your clients. Position Overview The Licensed Aesthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional treatments, building long term patient relationships, and contributing to clinic growth through rebooking, retail, and treatment planning. You will be expected to educate, recommend, and confidently guide patients into customized treatment plans that produce real results.
