Spa and Salon will be the premiere wellness retreat and day spa location for Inver Grove Heights. Our holistic philosophy offers customers the highest quality spa services and unique programming within a modern and sophisticated setting to guests. We are seeking extra ordinary advanced practice estheticians who can engage with our amazing customers and provide services that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals. Develop and recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans. Perform advanced skin treatments, including: Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, etc. Provide traditional esthetician services, such as: Facials, Waxing and hair removal, Basic skincare treatments, etc. Educate clients about proper skincare routines, products, and maintenance. Operate and maintain advanced skincare and laser equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and progress notes. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and technologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and professional client experience. Foster positive client relationships and create a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
State licensure as an Advanced Practice Esthetician. Proficiency in advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling. Experience with laser treatments and other advanced skincare technologies (preferred). Strong understanding of skin anatomy and conditions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to provide personalized skincare consultations and treatment plans. Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics. Knowledge of skincare products and their applications. Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.
