Responsibilities Perform our exclusive organic sugaring hair-removal services in a professional and comfortable environment. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate treatment. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive experience. Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health regulations. Recommend and sell retail skincare products that complement clients' services and skincare needs. Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, phone calls, and guest services. Maintain accurate client records and follow salon procedures. Work closely with team members to create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment. Be willing and able to perform both Sugarista and front-desk/reception duties as needed. Qualifications Current Esthetician license or newly licensed Esthetician. Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred. Knowledge of skincare treatments and skincare products. Previous body-waxing experience is preferred. Previous sugaring experience is a plus . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer-service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to confidently consult with clients and determine the appropriate treatment. Reliable, motivated, energetic, and willing to learn. Must be comfortable performing both esthetician/sugarista services and front-desk responsibilities . Compensation & Growth Experienced Sugaristas may qualify for higher pay based on experience and skill level.
