This is a role for someone who wants more than a treatment room and a schedule. About the Role This is a full-time, in-person position performing advanced skincare treatments for Aurora's established Columbia clientele. You will carry out individualized consultations, design and deliver customized treatment plans, and serve as the primary skincare relationship for a growing book of clients who rely on your expertise. Active Missouri Aesthetician license is required. Cosmetology licensure alone does not qualify for this position. Responsibilities Core clinical and client-facing duties at our Columbia clinic. Conduct in-depth skincare consultations and build individualized treatment plans for each client Perform a full range of advanced aesthetic treatments with precision, consistency, and clinical care Recommend and educate clients on home care products, treatment sequences, and aftercare protocols Cultivate strong client relationships that drive rebooking, retention, and referrals Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all treatments and client records Work collaboratively with injectors, wellness providers, and front desk staff to deliver integrated client outcomes Keep all treatment rooms clean, organized, and maintained to Aurora's professional standards Qualifications Required Active Missouri Aesthetician license
