Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and more. Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines using advanced knowledge of color theory and skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare products, routines, and aftercare to promote long-term results and satisfaction. Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control practices, and safety protocols essential for esthetic services. Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; additional certifications such as tattooing or medical esthetic laser treatment are a plus. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient appointment scheduling and record keeping. Proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic techniques. Understanding of color theory to enhance makeup application and skin tone matching. Ability to educate clients about skincare products and treatments while maintaining a sales-oriented approach.
