We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful, customized lash sets and providing an elevated client experience from consultation through aftercare. An existing or growing clientele is highly preferred , and we would especially love someone who is comfortable using social media to showcase their work, create content, and continue building their personal brand. Responsibilities Perform professional lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, volume, and customized lash sets based on experience and training Provide lash fills, removals, and maintenance services Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired results and appropriate lash styles Educate clients on proper lash extension aftercare Maintain excellent client retention through rebooking and exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements Take high-quality before-and-after photos of your work Participate in social media content, including Reels, Stories, photos, and educational posts Promote your services and help grow your clientele Participate in Luxe Living events, promotions, collaborations, and team initiatives Recommend appropriate services and retail products when beneficial to the client Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds all required Missouri licensing and certifications Has professional lash extension training and experience Is confident performing multiple lash styles and customizing sets to the individual client Has an existing or growing clientele — highly preferred Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in creating beautiful, consistent work Is professional, friendly, dependable, and punctual Provides an exceptional client experience Understands the importance of rebooking and client retention Is comfortable promoting themselves and their services Is active and confident on social media and willing to create regular content Enjoys networking, collaborating, and participating in events Is motivated to continue growing professionally and financially Works well independently while also being a supportive member of a team Why Join Luxe Living?
