Licensed Esthetician Luxe Living with Laurie Luxe Living with Laurie is looking for a talented, motivated, and personable Licensed Esthetician to join our growing beauty and wellness team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and creating an elevated client experience, but who also understands the importance of building relationships, retaining clients, and growing their personal brand. An established clientele is highly preferred , making this an especially great opportunity for an esthetician who already has loyal clients and is looking for a beautiful, professional space where they can continue to grow. We would also love someone who is comfortable and confident on social media and enjoys creating content, showcasing their work, educating clients, and helping promote both their services and the Luxe Living brand. What You'll Do Perform professional esthetic services while providing an exceptional client experience Provide customized facials and skincare recommendations based on individual client needs Educate clients on treatments, homecare, products, and recommended treatment plans Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking and continued care Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products and services Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment room Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements Participate in studio promotions, events, trainings, and team initiatives Create and participate in social media content including before-and-afters, Reels, Stories, educational content, and service highlights Help grow your personal clientele while contributing to the overall growth of Luxe Living Our Ideal Candidate We would love to meet someone who: Holds a current Esthetician License Has professional esthetics experience Already has an established or growing clientele — highly preferred Is confident in client consultations and treatment recommendations Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is outgoing, professional, dependable, and motivated Is comfortable recommending products and additional services when appropriate Understands that client retention and rebooking are an important part of building a successful esthetics career Is active and comfortable on social media and willing to create content regularly Has an eye for creating beautiful before-and-after photos and engaging beauty/wellness content Enjoys networking, collaborating, and participating in events Wants to continue learning and growing professionally Works well independently while still being part of a supportive team Why Luxe Living?
