We are looking for a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team and deliver exceptional care and results. Position Overview As an Esthetician at Rejuvv Luxury Spa, you will play a vital role in delivering customized facial treatments and skincare consultations. You'll work directly with clients to understand their unique needs, educate them on the best products and services, and provide high-quality treatments that leave them glowing with confidence.
Key Responsibilities Facials:
Perform a range of treatments including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, and exfoliating facials. Tailor each service to the client's skin type and needs.
Consultations:
Conduct in-depth consultations to evaluate skin conditions, identify goals, and recommend personalized treatments and products — including upselling and cross-promoting additional services.
Product Knowledge:
Stay current on skincare products and technologies. Educate clients on proper routines and product use to maximize their results.
Client Care:
Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships. Address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Sanitation:
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and workspaces.
Record Keeping:
Keep accurate, confidential client files with treatment histories and product recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with fellow aestheticians and staff to create a supportive, growth-focused environment, while promoting each other's expertise and specialties. Qualifications State licensure as an Esthetician in Missouri. Prior experience in a MedSpa, dermatology, or spa setting preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends. Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
