Face to Face Spa Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments, helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Ensure all aesthetic procedures adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards to protect client health. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and satisfaction. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Follow infection control protocols diligently to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety during all treatments. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques in esthetic laser treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic innovations to provide cutting-edge services. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Experience with waxing, extractions, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and lashes. Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin and facial structures, and infection control procedures. Proficiency in customer service with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards for tattooing and piercing safety regulations. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for client records management. Additional skills such as dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and sales experience are highly desirable.
