We are seeking a warm, skilled, and detail-oriented Head Spa Practitioner to join our growing team. You do not need any prior head spa experience, will train the right fit. You do need to be comfortable with a lot of massage, with a calm and relaxed demeanor Responsibilities Perform Japanese-inspired head spa treatments and basic facials Work independently Deliver exceptional client care from consultation through service completion Maintain a calming, professional environment aligned with the Melt Head Spa brand Educate clients on scalp health, hair care, and recommended treatments Properly sanitize tools, linens, and treatment areas between guests Communicate clearly with the booking team regarding scheduling and client needs Uphold all state sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements Qualifications Licensed esthetician (as required by state law) Strong interest in scalp health, wellness, and luxury spa services Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Comfortable following set protocols while delivering personalized care Scheduling Requirements Flexible schedule based on availability At least one weekend shift is required Availability for evenings is a plus Preferred (but not required) Comfortable with massage Background in luxury spa, salon, or wellness environments Passion for holistic self-care and elevated client experiences What We Offer Training in Melt Head Spa techniques and protocols Supportive, calm, and elevated work environment Competitive pay + tips Opportunity to grow with a new luxury brand
