Responsibilities Perform customized facial and aesthetic treatments. Provide skincare consultations and personalized treatment recommendations. Educate patients on skincare products, routines, and treatment plans. Recommend appropriate professional skincare products. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment. Document treatments and patient information accurately. Build strong relationships with patients and encourage long-term skincare plans. Stay educated on new skincare products, treatments, and industry developments. Work collaboratively with the medical and aesthetics team. Qualifications Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Montana. Experience in a medical spa setting preferred. Knowledge of skincare products, skin conditions, and treatment protocols. Strong customer service and communication skills. Passionate about skincare and helping patients achieve their goals. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
