We are looking to hiring 2-3 people and prefer full-time availability including some nights and weekends. We also are accepting applications for part-time preferably 4 shifts a week including some nights and weekends. We are looking for experienced Estheticians with a history of strong client relations & retail sales, but will consider newer Estheticians with excellent people and sales skills. If we proceed with your application, our first interview is virtual via Zoom and our second interview is in-person and includes a hands-on section where you can learn all about our products, equipment and protocols. Training for this position is comprehensive, is paid, and you will begin to offer each service to clients once your training in that area/protocol has been completed. STEP 4

Customizing facial and body treatments within Massage Envy's policies, protocols to craft truly personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results. Greeting customers in a professional, friendly manner. Obtaining informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session. Performing 50 and 80-minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols. Performing 20 and 50-minute Hydrafacial treatments. Performing 50-minute chemical peel or microderm infusion treatments. Performing LED Nourishing Light Services. Performing oxygenating facials or dermablading services. Performing partial or whole-face waxing services. Promoting the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each client and recommending frequency. Safeguarding client information and confidentiality. Help maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Maintaining a professional clean appearance of self and spa by wearing a clean uniform, following the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean. Performing quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Knowledgeable of proper skin care techniques , product ingredients, and skincare equipment usage. Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
