Your expertise in skincare, laser treatments, and body waxing will help clients achieve their desired results while providing a relaxing and professional experience. As a vital member of our team, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend products, and promote retail sales to support their ongoing wellness journey. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and micro-needling procedures with precision and care. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively to address skin concerns such as pigmentation, acne scars, etc. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to maximize treatment results. Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable retail products to enhance client satisfaction and support ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Promote retail sales through personalized product recommendations and engaging product demos during appointments. Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, industry trends, and safety protocols to continually improve service quality. Experience Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician with a strong background in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and micro-needling. Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments for skin rejuvenation is highly desirable. Knowledge aesthetic procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols for clinical aesthetics environments. Strong sales skills with the ability to promote products confidently while maintaining a professional approach.
