We specialize in Brazilian waxing, eyebrow design, spray tanning, lash lifts, and advanced hair removal services. We pride ourselves on providing a professional environment where estheticians have the time they need to deliver exceptional results — we are not a high-volume chain. Compensation Commission Structure 3%-5% service commission 15-20% retail commission Income Potential Many estheticians earn $900-$1,300+ per week during busy seasons through services, retail sales, and tips.
