Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jacksonville, NC for an Esthetician at Southern Roots Hair Salon LLC. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, exfoliations, and extractions. They will also perform hair removal services such as waxing and threading. Additionally, the Esthetician will consult with clients to understand their skincare needs, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and maintain a clean and welcoming treatment area. Customer service and sales activities will be part of the daily tasks to ensure clients' satisfaction and salon growth. Qualifications Hair Removal skills, including waxing and threading A background or certification in Cosmetology and Skin Care Customer Service skills to ensure clients have a positive experience Sales experience to recommend and sell salon products and services Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant state licenses and certifications required Experience in a salon or similar environment is a plus Educated with facials and skin care

Pay:

$500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
