We will be the first premiere spa in Leland. We will offer Massage, Skincare, Infrared Sauna, Foot soaks, Body treatments and guided experiences. We are seeking talented and passionate Licensed Estheticians to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare solutions, and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in advanced esthetic techniques, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure a welcoming and professional environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant setting dedicated to beauty innovation and client satisfaction. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Administer specialized services such as dermaplaning, microneedling, facial peels etc Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs. Uphold infection control practices and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools to support client results and business growth. Skills Proven expertise in body waxing, dermabrasion, and microneedling a plus. Strong knowledge anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, and infection control protocols. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Sales aptitude with a focus on recommending suitable skincare products or aesthetic services to clients. Our new location is slated to open early November, training will ensue beforehand.
