Overview Spotlight Aesthetics is a growing, Korean-beauty-focused aesthetics studio seeking a licensed esthetician to join the team. We're looking for someone motivated to build their clientele while growing alongside an established studio and brand. •The per-hour range above represents a per-service hour average once the esthetician is booked.• The Role Perform lash lifts, brow services, customized facials, and additional esthetic services based on skill and experience Deliver a high-quality, detail-oriented client experience Build and retain your own clientele , with priority access to current waitlist and overflow clients Actively participate in social media marketing and content creation for yourself and Spotlight Aesthetics Maintain high standards of sanitation, professionalism, and organization Who We're Looking For Current North Carolina Esthetician License Confident performing facials, brow services, and lash lifts (additional services the candidate is proficient in can be negotiated.) Previous hands-on esthetics experience preferred Comfortable on camera and actively participating in social media marketing Content creation/marketing experience is a plus Reliable, personable, self-motivated, and interested in continued growth Interest in Korean skincare and advanced aesthetics is a plus Training is provided on Spotlight Aesthetics protocols, products, and specialty treatments. Schedule & Compensation Part-time with room to grow | Commission-based + 100% tips + retail commission Earning potential averages approximately $35•40+ per booked service hour, depending on services performed. Current availability needs include Thursdays, Sundays, and select weekday/weekend evenings.
