Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our dynamic Morehead City skincare team! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, spa services, and advanced esthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and cared for. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and optimal results. Provide spa services such as skin consultations to educate clients on skincare routines and retail products. Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans. Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and conducting product demonstrations to enhance client satisfaction. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Valid esthetician license as required by state or local regulations. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration.
