Holistic Esthetician Figgy Co. | Wilmington, NC Figgy Co. is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Holistic Esthetician to help us grow and establish our newly remodeled facial room. This is a unique opportunity for an esthetician who wants more than simply stepping into an existing book of clients. While our facial room is newly relaunched and clientele will need to be built, you'll have the advantage of working within an established clean beauty and wellness retailer with a loyal customer base, strong community relationships, and an existing treatment menu. We're looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of the facial experience, develop meaningful client relationships, and help make Figgy Co. a destination for thoughtful, results-driven holistic skincare. What You'll Do Perform customized facials and skin treatments from our established treatment menu Provide a highly personalized, elevated client experience from consultation through post-treatment follow-up Incorporate holistic techniques such as gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic massage, and other appropriate modalities Perform microneedling and other advanced treatments within the scope of your licensing and training Assess clients' skin and create thoughtful treatment and home-care recommendations Educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, lifestyle considerations, and holistic approaches to skin health Develop long-term client relationships and encourage appropriate rebooking and treatment plans Actively help build the facial room's clientele through Figgy Co.'s existing customer community, referrals, events, outreach, and your own professional network Recommend retail skincare products that complement treatments and clients' individual needs Work collaboratively with the Figgy Co. retail team to create a seamless connection between our treatment room and store Maintain detailed and accurate client records, treatment notes, and required consent documentation Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, calm, and professional treatment environment Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and treatment protocols Stay current on skincare ingredients, treatment techniques, industry developments, and continuing education Participate in brand education and training as appropriate Help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow our facial offerings over time What We're Looking For Active North Carolina esthetician license in good standing Ideally 3-5+ years of professional esthetics experience Strong hands-on facial and skincare experience Experience with holistic facial techniques, particularly gua sha, facial cupping, and lymphatic massage Microneedling experience and appropriate training Thorough understanding of skin anatomy, contraindications, sanitation, and treatment safety Strong consultation and client communication skills Warm, polished, professional demeanor Ability to make clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their treatment plan Strong relationship-building and client-retention skills Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products when they genuinely support a client's needs Self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to build a clientele and grow a facial practice Dependable, organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Experience We'd Love to See Dermaplaning LED light therapy Lymphatic drainage techniques or certification Clean, organic, botanical, or holistic skincare Facial massage and sculpting techniques Aromatherapy or other complementary wellness modalities Retail skincare or beauty sales experience What Figgy Co.
