At Eden, we believe skincare should be personalized to each individual client. Our signature customized facials combine professional skin analysis with treatment modalities selected specifically for each client's skin, concerns, and goals. The Lead Esthetician will provide high-quality customized facial treatments while also helping oversee the esthetics side of the studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys treating clients but is also comfortable taking on additional responsibilities involving scheduling, training, interviews, inventory, treatment standards, and supporting the esthetics team. As an early member of the Eden team, the Lead Esthetician will play an important role in helping establish our service standards, client experience, and team culture as the studio grows. Paid training will be provided on Eden's treatment protocols, equipment, products, and client experience standards. Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's individual skin needs and goals. Perform treatment modalities including hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, high frequency, ultrasonic skin scrubbing, extractions, lymphatic facial massage, customized masks, serums, and other approved services. Review client skin concerns and treatment goals before each service and customize treatments accordingly. Educate clients on professional skincare, home-care routines, products, and future treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate client treatment notes and records. Follow all sanitation, disinfection, infection-control, and safety requirements. Properly clean, disinfect, organize, and prepare treatment rooms and equipment between clients. Maintain a clean, organized, relaxing, and professional treatment environment. Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming experience from the moment a client arrives through the completion of their appointment. Recommend appropriate future treatments and encourage rebooking when beneficial to the client's skincare goals. Educate clients about retail skincare products without creating a high-pressure sales environment. Assist with opening, closing, treatment-room preparation, and other reasonable studio responsibilities as assigned. Lead Esthetician Responsibilities In addition to providing treatments, the Lead Esthetician will help support and oversee the esthetics side of Eden Facial Studio.

Responsibilities may include:

Assist with esthetician scheduling and coverage needs. Help train and onboard new estheticians on Eden's treatment protocols, equipment, products, sanitation procedures, and client experience standards. Assist with interviewing and evaluating future esthetician candidates. Monitor treatment-product and supply inventory. Assist with product ordering and keeping treatment rooms properly stocked. Help maintain consistency in treatment quality and service standards across the esthetics team. Serve as a resource for other estheticians when questions arise regarding treatments, products, equipment, or studio procedures. Provide feedback to management regarding products, equipment, treatment protocols, and opportunities to improve the client experience. Help maintain a positive, professional, organized, and team-oriented studio environment. Qualifications Current Nebraska Esthetician License required. Previous professional esthetics experience preferred. Strong understanding of skincare, facial treatments, sanitation, and professional esthetic practices. Experience with dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, or other advanced facial modalities is a plus. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to confidently communicate skincare recommendations to clients. Dependable, professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable training and supporting other estheticians. Comfortable learning and using facial equipment and new treatment techniques. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Compensation & Training Compensation includes service-based pay plus additional monthly compensation for Lead Esthetician responsibilities.

Starting compensation:

$25 per completed facial/service. Opportunity to increase to $27.50 and $30 per completed facial/service based on established advancement criteria.

Lead Esthetician Bonus:

Additional $500 per month for fulfilling assigned leadership responsibilities, including scheduling, training, interviews, inventory oversight, and supporting the esthetics team. Required non-service working time is paid in accordance with applicable wage requirements. Paid training is provided before performing Eden treatments independently. Why Eden Facial Studio?
