The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in the latest beauty trends and techniques will help enhance our clients' experiences and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, pedicures, manicures, and makeup application. . Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas according to industry standards. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate treatments or products. Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and salon operations. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician (at least 2 years) is preferred. Familiarity with management practices in a salon or spa setting is beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
