Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, professional, and motivated licensed esthetician to join our growing spa team at our Salem and Manchester, New Hampshire locations. We are seeking someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys working with clients, and is motivated to grow professionally while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare and aesthetic treatments, including: Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning LED Light Therapy Radiofrequency (RF) Treatments Custom Facials Clarifying & Rejuvenating Facial Treatments Perform skin analyses and consultations to understand each client's concerns and goals. Recommend appropriate treatments, treatment plans, and skincare routines. Educate clients on professional skincare products and at-home care. Build relationships with clients and provide an excellent, welcoming experience. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment environment. Help clients understand available services, packages, and products that may benefit their skin.

Qualifications:

Valid New Hampshire Esthetician License - Required Passion for skincare, beauty, and aesthetics. Friendly, professional, dependable, and motivated. Strong communication and customer service skills. Skincare knowledge and previous esthetics experience are preferred but not required . Previous sales experience is a plus . Bilingual candidates are a plus. Comfortable learning new treatments, products, and techniques.

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
