Job Description

Location:
Boonton, NJ.
Position Type:
Part-Time (6-16 hours/week) with opportunity for additional hours.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $50.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience, technical proficiency, and sales ability). (No commission).

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Licensed Aesthetician with a strong passion for body sculpting and skin rejuvenation. In this role, you will deliver top-tier clinical aesthetic treatments—including advanced custom facials and non-invasive body contouring treatments. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical skills, an engaging client-facing personality, and a proven ability to consult, educate, and sell treatment packages and home-care regimens.
Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetic & Body Sculpting Services:
Perform custom skin treatments, clinical facials, and advanced body contouring protocols following spa safety and client care standards.
Client Consultations:
Conduct thorough patient consultations, analyze skin/body concerns, set realistic expectations, and map out customized treatment plans.
Consultative Sales:
Recommend, cross-sell, and close treatment packages, add-ons, and medical-grade retail product lines to help clients achieve optimal, long-lasting results.
Client Care & Retention:
Build lasting client relationships, maintain detailed treatment documentation/SOAP notes, and follow up with patients regarding post-care instructions.
Sanitation & Preparation:
Maintain flawless room sanitation, tool sterilization, and equipment maintenance in accordance with New Jersey state board regulations and spa guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Licensure:
Active New Jersey State Licensed Aesthetician in good standing.
Experience:
Hands-on experience performing clinical facials and operating advanced body sculpting machinery (Cryo modalities, radiofrequency, or similar non-invasive sculpting devices preferred).
Proven Sales Ability:
Demonstrated success in consultative selling, client conversion, and rebooking.
Professionalism:
Punctual, articulate, well-groomed, and committed to high standards of client service.
Availability:
Must be available to work Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
$25.00 to $50.00 per hour, heavily scaled based on years of experience, technical expertise, and proven sales history.
