(609) 264-5932 : Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time & Part-Time) Anne Judge Medical Aesthetics and Wellness is seeking a passionate, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We are an evidence-based medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and natural, results-driven treatments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys educating patients, and wants to grow their career in a collaborative medical aesthetics environment. Responsibilities Perform customized medical-grade facials Perform HydraFacial treatments Dermaplaning Medical-grade chemical peels Microneedling treatments Laser Hair Removal (if certified and within state scope of practice) Skin consultations and comprehensive skin analysis Develop individualized skincare treatment plans Recommend and educate patients on medical-grade skincare products (ZO Skin Health and Jan Marini) Maintain detailed patient documentation and treatment notes Capture before-and-after photographs when appropriate Maintain treatment rooms according to infection control and OSHA standards Sterilize equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout the office Assist providers with patient flow as needed Participate in promotional events and educational workshops Create educational social media content (preferred) Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and skincare products Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up Qualifications Current New Jersey Esthetician License Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates with exceptional clinical skills encouraged to apply) Experience with: HydraFacial Chemical peels Dermaplaning Microneedling Medical-grade skincare Laser Hair Removal (preferred) Strong knowledge of skin physiology and common skin conditions Excellent communication and patient education skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented with a willingness to continue learning Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a medical aesthetics practice Knowledge of ZO Skin Health and Jan Marini products Experience with social media and patient education Sales experience with skincare products and treatment plans Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures What We Offer Full-Time Competitive hourly pay Product commission Continuing education and advanced clinical training Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding medical aesthetics practice Part-Time Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities Employee discounts Continuing education and advanced training Opportunity to transition to full-time as the practice grows
