We are looking for a provider with a strong background in laser treatments, RF Microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation —someone who enjoys creating customized treatment plans and building long-term relationships with patients. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive skin consultations and assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's skin concerns and goals Perform RF Microneedling treatments Perform laser skin rejuvenation and pigmentation treatments Perform VI Peel and other medical-grade chemical peels Treat acne scars, enlarged pores, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and uneven skin tone Educate patients on treatment expectations and home skincare Take clinical photographs and maintain accurate documentation Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who has: ✔ Active New Jersey RN License ✔ 5-10 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice ✔ Experience working independently with minimal supervision ✔ Excellent consultation and patient communication skills ✔ Confidence treating patients with all Fitzpatrick skin types (I-VI) ✔ Strong experience treating: Hyperpigmentation Melasma Sun damage Acne scars Large pores Uneven skin tone Fine lines and skin rejuvenation ✔ Passion for patient education and delivering natural, high-quality results ✔ A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly preferred: Laser Treatments Q-Switched Nd Pico Laser CO2 Laser IPL (Photofacial) Laser Genesis Fractional Lasers Other skin rejuvenation laser platforms RF Microneedling Experience with devices such as: Morpheus8 Potenza Secret RF Sylfirm X Vivace Scarlet RF Virtue RF Or similar RF Microneedling systems Chemical Peels VI Peel Medical-grade chemical peels Pigmentation peels Acne peels Experience with microneedling, PRP/PRF, Hydrafacial, medical facials, or advanced skincare treatments is a plus but not required.
