Must be available flexible to work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (with potential opportunity for full time transition in the future.) Key Responsibilities - Client Experience Ensure outstanding client experiences aligned with our mission Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism Promote skincare education and trust-building recommendations Collaborate on service launches, events, and brand promotions Maintain inventory, product displays, and clean, welcoming spaces Maintain treatment rooms in pristine condition between clients Restock back bar, disposables, and supplies as needed Clean and organize tools, machines, and product displays Assist with retail merchandising and light inventory tracking Follow up with recent clients to check in and support retention Collaborate on new treatment ideas or seasonal promotions with the team Esthetic Services Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Ensure a sterile and relaxing environment for all treatments Qualifications Required Valid NJ Esthetician License (held for a minimum of 2 years) At least 2 years of experience as an esthetician in a spa, medspa, or dermatology clinic Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with scheduling software and digital communication (email, text, DMs) Knowledge of cosmetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables) and skincare ingredients Preferred Familiarity with Boulevard booking software (not required) Bilingual (Spanish) Who You Are Passionate about aesthetics and holistic skin health Patient, solutions-oriented, and able to problem-solve with a calm, positive mindset Organized, proactive, and genuinely people-focused Excited to contribute to a growing brand and collaborative team culture Skilled at multitasking in a high-touch, fast-paced environment Committed to transparent, honest beauty experiences that build client trust Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate plus tips and commission (commission paid on services/packages, products and memberships sold) Employee discounts on skincare products + treatments Opportunity for paid sponsorship for advanced industry training Performance-based bonus opportunities
