Youve mastered the treatment room. Now its time to do something bigger: shape the team around you. As a Lead Esthetician at Glowbar, youre the bridge between exceptional service and exceptional leadership delivering our signature 30-minute facial while also coaching and mentoring the next generation of Glowbar estheticians. This is a role for someone whos ready to have real influence over how a studio runs and grows.

What Youll Do:

Everything an Esthetician does plus a dedicated day each week focused on developing and growing your team. Every day, youll:

Deliver Glowbars customized 30-minute facial with the highest level of consistency and carePerform specialized services like extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatmentsEducate and develop customized treatment plans with recommended products and guide clients on ingredients and at-home routinesBuild lasting client relationships by documenting detailed notes and guiding every client toward the membership as the best way to achieve their skincare goalsKeep your studio and treatment room spotless and client-ready - maintaining sanitation standards before and after every appointmentServe as the on-shift leader providing real-time feedback, mentorship, and treatment shadows to estheticians while ensuring service standards are metConduct hands-on practical assessments during the interview process to evaluate candidates before they join the teamOnboard new hires in partnership with the Studio Manager by leading training sessions, shadowing treatments, and conducting performance evaluationsLead continued education for the studio, receiving and observing treatments from new hires and team members to gauge performance, and delivering structured weekly feedback to Studio ManagementDedicate up to 1 shift per week to administrative responsibilities: performance feedback, operational oversight, and inventory managementPartner with the Studio Manager to identify process improvements, enhance service delivery, and drive studio revenue growthStep in at the front desk when your team needs you to ensure a seamless client experienceEmbody the Glowbar standard in professionalism, presentation, and skincare expertise in every interaction, every shift

Who Were Looking For:

A validated (temporary or permanent) licensed Esthetican or Master Esthetican or 6 months of experience at Glowbar with a track record of achieving monthly sales goals Genuine passion for skincare, client care, and developing the people around you A warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindsetFlexible availability, including weekends (we're busiest when clients have time to glow)

Full-Time:

You should be comfortable with:
