Aesthetic Injector Peak By MD Jersey City, NJ Job Details Full-time From $65 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Injectable medication administration Patient assessment Patient service Advanced practice provider Training & development Teaching Full Job Description Peak by MD is seeking an experienced NP or PA aesthetic injector with 3+ years of hands-on injecting experience for a unique opportunity to join and help lead our growing aesthetics division. This is not simply another injector position. We are looking for an accomplished injector who wants to maintain a strong clinical practice while taking the next step into leadership, mentorship, and program development . The right candidate will have the opportunity to become Director of Aesthetics , help develop junior injectors, establish clinical standards, and play a meaningful role in building a scalable, multi-provider aesthetics program. What You'll Do Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, PRP/PRF, skin booster, and other aesthetic treatments based on experience and competency Perform comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Build and retain your own aesthetic patient base Train, mentor, and support developing injectors Help establish clinical protocols and treatment standards Maintain consistency in clinical quality, safety, and patient experience Collaborate with physician and operations leadership to improve provider performance, retention, rebooking, and overall aesthetics growth Help evaluate and introduce new treatments, products, and technologies Participate in the continued development and expansion of the Peak aesthetics program Who We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 3+ years of aesthetic injecting experience required Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Experience with biostimulators and advanced facial balancing strongly preferred Excellent facial assessment and treatment-planning skills Strong clinical judgment and commitment to natural, high-quality outcomes Established history of patient satisfaction and retention Interest in teaching, mentoring, and developing other injectors Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a growing aesthetics division NJ licensure required or ability to obtain; NY licensure strongly preferred Compensation & Growth Opportunity This role is structured to reward more than individual production.
