Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, to meet individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or cosmetologist with knowledge of skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Skilled in performing various esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by state regulations.
